We ship using USPS with the additional package tracking. This will give you the most up-to-date delivery information. To track your order, simply use the tracking number that has been provided in your order email.  Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days. Although, we have most packages out within 3 business days.

Due to the severity of our nation wide pandemic, some order will take additional time to be processed. Shipping may take 10-14 business days to be processed and completed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages - Dollhouse Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Dollhouse Cosmetics will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Free Exchange Shipping - Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to Dollhouse Cosmetics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Dollhouse Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
